Today I am sharing my new diy project for my little niece, Khayla Adelia.
This dress, her mother bought with me, and I planned to alter the dress because the color was too dull and not so vintage.

Tulle fabric
Fabric flowers
Vintage look lace
Velvet ribbon
Scissors
